▫️Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. 
▫️We use carriers that offer the fastest and safest shipping for our customers. All customers are provided with a tracking number & confirmation email.  
▫️All merchandise is prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days after an order is placed (unless otherwise notified) Shipping times are estimated and are not a guarantee.  
▫️Orders are not shipped and packages are not delivered on holidays. Weekends are not counted “as” shipping days (Saturday or Sunday).  
▫️An order status will be provided to you once your order is placed and has begun processing via-email.  
▫️Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. 
▫️Orders will have the options to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days or USPS standard shipping: 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 
▫️Please remember that shipping packages around any holiday and/or bad weather can be very unpredictable and may slow down delivery times.

▫️THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING HAS BEEN ISSUED.

▫️FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING CARRIER DIRECTLY AND REQUEST A TRACE ON YOUR PACKAGE. 


▫️IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGED HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN.
